24 Hour Delivery & Same Day Delivery

We offer 24 Hour delivery in the UAE for a charge of AED30 (Same day delivery is  only for orders placed before 12 pm in Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and Ajman)*

*Please note this does not include remote addresses in these emirates.

* For any orders placed on a Saturday - you will receive your order on a Monday as our courier company is closed on Sundays.

* For any orders placed during a public holiday, processing and shipping times will vary.

 

Customs & Duties

If you have placed an order for delivery outside the UAE, please remember that customs fees and import taxes may be imposed once the parcel arrives in the destination country. As customs will hold your order, you may be asked to pay these fees and taxes. The receiver must pay these fees (this also applies to retailers and wholesalers).

Unfortunately, we do not have any control over the amount imposed, nor can we estimate the fees as customs regulations vary from country to country.
